CNC Aluminium Turning Part

It is a cnc turned part, during machining, what should be taken care is the inner hole at the bottom, which is only 14mm (0.55 in), while a +0.02mm (+0.0008 in) tolerance has to be held.

If a normal machining tool is used to cut the inner hole, will leave obvious machining marks on the surface, meanwhile tolerance cannot be achieved. To match our high standards for our customer, during cnc turning, Huaruida uses advanced machining tool to cut the inner hole at the deep bottom, perfectly achieved nice surface finish and the tight tolerance is achieved too.
